Job Details: The Job:
- Advise end user bakeries on baking and baking best practices by identifying associated challenges and proffering possible solutions
- Manage and supervise all the activities of the baking support officers to ensure that all bakeries in their assigned areas are visited regularly

- Coordinate the periodic submission of field reports from Bakery support officers under his supervision
- Handle customer complaints in line with approved company procedure
- Develop, manage and maintain a good relationship with all the commercial end users to ensure customers loyalty
The person:
- - Good verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in Hausa language
- - Shows initiative and reliability and is able to work in and lead a team
- - Knowledge of baking & baking skills
- - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- - Planning, organising and time management skills;
- - Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation;
Qualification:
- B.Sc./HND in Food Technology, Home Economics, Nutrition & Dietetics, Catering & Hotel Management or any Science related course
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ in a commercial Bakery environment
